jfta9 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our platform. All rules regarding accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are described in detail here.

These Terms apply to the use of jfta9's website, mobile platform, all games, and related services. These Terms have been formulated in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in Bangladesh.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

3. Account Registration

Registration Process

To open an account at jfta9, you must correctly complete the designated registration form. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date.

  • Full legal name (as per National Identity Card)
  • Active mobile number
  • A valid email address
  • Date of birth
  • Information regarding your preferred payment method

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, inform our support team immediately.

jfta9 will never ask for your password via email or message. If you receive any such request, treat it as a fraud attempt.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

jfta9 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure the security and transparency of our platform. Identity verification may be required in the following cases:

  • At the time of your first withdrawal request
  • For transactions above a specified amount
  • If any unusual activity is detected on the account
  • At the request of our security team

If the required documents for verification are not submitted, account activity may be temporarily restricted. Verified accounts will enjoy faster withdrawal processing.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
  • Deposits must be made in the name of the registered account and from your own payment method.
  • The use of third-party accounts or payment methods is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals cannot be made before active bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
  • Withdrawal processing may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

Anti-Money Laundering: jfta9 follows international standards to prevent money laundering and illegal financial activities. Suspicious transactions may be subject to investigation, and the associated account may be suspended during the review.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

jfta9 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.

General Bonus Terms

  • An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and may only be used to play games.
  • If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus may be forfeited.
  • If a bonus is claimed through multiple accounts or fraudulent activity, the account will be closed.
  • All promotions may be changed or cancelled at any time at jfta9's discretion.

VIP Program

jfta9's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each level — starting from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond. Additional benefits and offers are provided as VIP levels increase.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

General Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on jfta9 are governed by the following rules:

  • A neutral and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to determine game outcomes.
  • If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
  • Winnings obtained through fraud or system exploitation will be considered void.
  • The outcome of any game or bet in progress during a network disconnection will be determined according to server records.

Cricket Betting Rules

Betting on all cricket matches, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments, is governed by the designated sportsbook rules. If a match is abandoned or rescheduled, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

Specific rules for each betting market will be noted alongside the relevant market. In case of doubt, jfta9's decision is final.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jfta9 platform:

  • Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Abusing the bonus system or bonus arbitrage.
  • Participating in collusion, match fixing, or organised fraud.
  • Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using automated bots or scripts.
  • Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
  • Harassment or misconduct towards other users or staff.
  • Opening or operating an account with false information.

Consequences: Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account, and winnings may be forfeited where applicable.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

jfta9's Authority

jfta9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • If evidence of a violation of these Terms is found.
  • If fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • If there is non-cooperation with KYC verification.
  • For legal or regulatory reasons.

User Rights

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Please withdraw any remaining funds before closing the account; however, bonus funds for which conditions have not been met will not be paid out.
